SEND US THE DETAILS OF YOUR ITEM/S, FOR OUR EVALUATION & APPROVAL

Via Viber or Whatsapp +63927 855 7023

Please include the following details:
  • Condition (brand new or pre-loved)
  • Style/Model name
  • Place and year purchased
  • Inclusions (card, dust bags, etc)
  • Retail price (how much you purchased the item)
  • Selling price (how much you want to sell the item)

Plus descriptions and photos of other important details such as receipt of the item, flaws in the item, etc. Please declare if your item has been restored. Fyi, we only accept professionally restored items.

Give us (1) one to (2) two business days to evaluate your item/s.

2. FILL OUT THE FORM

We will email you a copy of the Consignment Guidelines and you may download the Consignment Form here.

IF YOUR ITEM IS APPROVED. FILL-UP & SUBMIT OUR CONSIGNMENT FORM

We will send you our Consignment Guidelines and Consignment Form.

Please review the Consignment Guidelines and fill out the Consignment Form with all the required information.

Then please send a hard copy of your signed Consignment Form and a copy of your valid ID together with your item/s. Alternatively, you may email us back all the requirements.

3. BRING OR SHIP YOUR ITEMS

Send us the items for authentication, assessment, and final approval.

DELIVER YOUR ITEMS TO OUR SHOWROOM

Send us your item/s, in-person or via delivery service (at your own expense) for authentication, assessment, and final approval at the TBH Showroom located at 2nd flr Retail Row, The Grove, Pasig City.

Please make an appointment with us at least (2) two business days ahead of your preferred schedule.

4. WE SELL IT FOR YOU

We will list your items on our website and keep them for one month.

WE MARKET & SELL YOUR ITEMS

Your item/s will be posted on our website www.thebaghub.com and social media accounts for (30) thirty days, with The Bag Hub holding exclusive rights as your sole consignor during this period.

After (30) thirty days, you may choose to renew our exclusive consignment at full price or at a discount to enjoy continuous sales opportunities for your item/s or pull out your item/s.

5. GET PAID

All payments will be made in dated or postdated checks two weeks after the item has been confirmed sold.

IF YOUR ITEM IS SOLD, RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT

All payment/s due to you will be made (7) seven to (10) ten business days after your item/s is received by its buyer.

Your payment/s may be released in cheque form or direct deposit (to BDO and BPI accounts only).
